Responsibilities
- Overseeing all legal matters related to the organization
- Coordinating with external advocates
- Drafting & Vetting of contracts, agreements, various legal documents etc.
- Title verification of properties and providing title search report/legal opinion.
- Addressing & solving Legal Queries.
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the companys legality and business ethics
Requisites
- UG / PG Degree in Law
- Min. of 2-3 years experience in a law firm
- Strong verbal and analytical skills, drafting skills
- Positive oral and written communication skills.
- Good Interpersonal skills
