Desingation : UX Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centric experiences across our E-Commerce ERP (B2B) platform and customer-facing storefronts. You will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design user experiences for ERP modules such as Catalogue, Promotions, Orders, Inventory, Warehouse, Marketplace, Customer Support, Finance, HR and Administration.
- Design customer-facing experiences including product browsing, search, cart, checkout, and post-purchase journeys.
- Experience using AI-powered design tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Figma AI, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Convert business requirements into simple and easy-to-use interfaces.
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Business teams throughout the design process.
- Follow and contribute to the design system and UX standards.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Participate in design reviews and continuously improve the user experience.
- Stay updated with UX trends, design methodologies, and emerging AI-assisted design practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of UX/Product Design experience, preferably in E-Commerce ERP, B2B SaaS products, or customer-facing commerce platforms
- Experience designing web applications,



ERP systems, SaaS products, or e-commerce platforms.
- Good understanding of UX principles, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and usability.
- Proficiency in Figma and AI-powered design tools such as Claude, Figma AI, ChatGPT or similar.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks (preferably Angular).
- Understanding of responsive design and knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Exposure to analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Microsoft clarity and A/B testing.
- Experience working on large-scale B2B SaaS or global E-Commerce
- platforms.
- Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms, business workflows, and domains such as Catalogue Management, OMS, WMS, and customer-facing modules.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
