- 10+ years of prior Liaison experience for residential/ commercial/mixed use / Industrial projects
- Project feasibilities, scrutinizing architectural drawing according to Municipal norms for PMC, PMRDA & PCMC authority, checking of working drawings, coordination with consultants for various residential & mix use projects around & within Pune.
- Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements
Qualification: B.Arch / Diploma Architecture
Desired Experience: 10+ years.
