We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a passion for creativity, and the ability to create visually appealing graphics for both digital and print media. Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and social media creatives.
- Create digital content for websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Assist in developing branding materials and maintaining brand consistency.
- Edit and retouch images for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.
- Prepare artwork for printing and digital publishing.
- Update existing designs based on feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative tools.
- Organize and maintain design files and assets.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW is an added advantage.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Knowledge of social media design standards.
- Creativity with attention to detail.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Experience with Canva or Figma is an added advantage.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
