Job Summary

We are seeking a Support Analyst with an Analytics background to provide first-level support for enterprise analytics and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience supporting BI applications, performing basic data analysis, monitoring cloud environments, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues while adhering to SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 support for business analytics, and data platforms.
Monitor support queues, investigate incidents, and resolve routine issues within agreed SLAs.
Perform basic data validation and analysis to identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
Support report and dashboard availability and assist users with Power BI and Qlik-related issues.
Monitor scheduled ETL/data pipeline jobs and escalate failures to L2/L3 teams when required.
Maintain basic operational reports and dashboards using Power BI and Qlik to support business and operational monitoring.




Perform day-to-day operations activities across analytics and cloud platforms, including monitoring cloud resources, reviewing alerts, validating scheduled jobs, and coordinating the resolution of operational issues.
Maintain incident records, knowledge articles, and operational documentation while ensuring timely updates and adherence to support processes.
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and data engineering teams to resolve incidents, support service continuity, and ensure platform stability.

Required Skills

2–3 years of experience in Analytics, BI Support, Application Support, or Data Operations.
Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Fabric and/or analytics platforms.
Experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI and Qlik.
Basic understanding of ETL/data integration concepts.
Basic exposure to cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure and AWS) with an understanding of cloud monitoring and operational support.
Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and/or Jira.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to cloud-native data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, or AWS data services.
Understanding of data warehousing and modern analytics ecosystems.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management.
Willingness to work in a support environment, including rotational shifts if required.
