About The Stitch Hut

The Stitch Hut is a custom apparel and merchandise brand working with startups, colleges, creators, and communities across India. We’re known for quick turnarounds, high-quality production, and clean design sensibilities.

We’re now looking to seriously level up our social media presence not just aesthetically, but culturally.

Core Responsibilities:

Trend Scouting & Ideation

- Track Instagram, Reels, and moments trends daily
- Identify formats, hooks, audios, and themes relevant to fashion, merch, startup culture, and youth communities
- Proactively pitch content ideas (not wait for instructions)

Content Creation

- Shoot short-form videos (phone is enough)
- Edit reels/posts using tools like CapCut, InShot, VN, etc.
- Create content that’s: Relatable, Share-worthy and Native to Instagram (not “ad-like”)

Social Media Execution

- Post consistently across Instagram (primary)
- Write engaging captions aligned with brand tone
- Use hashtags, formats, and timing strategically

Engagement & Community

- Track metrics: views, shares, saves, comments
- Observe what works and double down
- Engage with relevant communities,



pages, and comments

What success looks like

- Consistent posting (no long gaps)
- Visible improvement in: Reach, Engagement, Shares & saves
- Inbound DMs and community recognition increase over time

What we’re looking for

- Extremely active on Instagram (you feel trends before they peak)
- Comfortable shooting & editing content
- Strong sense of humor, culture, and internet language
- Self-starter mindset, you don’t wait to be told what to post
- Interest in fashion, merch, startups, or creator economy
- Prior experience managing a page or personal content
- Basic understanding of analytics

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
