Job - Junior Account Assistant - 1 Year Experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and statements.
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Process payments, expenses, and purchase orders.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Enter financial data into accounting software accurately and on time.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial transactions.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to emails.
- Help with audits, budgeting, and other finance-related projects as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Account Assistant, Finance Assistant, or similar role.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.




- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software ( e.g.,Tally Prime and ZohoBooks, SAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Working Conditions:

- Full time, typically office-based with standard working hours. and
- Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
