Required Skills

- Provide onsite desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, email, and application-related issues.

Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.

- Understanding of desktop hardware components and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Outlook, and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with ticketing tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹330,000.00 per year
