Junior Full Stack Developer (Immediate Joiner)

Location: IBN Technologies Ltd , Pune

Joining: Immediate (Max 15 days)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Python, Django, React, and MySQL. The role involves working on live applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging modern development practices, including AI-assisted development tools.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python
- Backend development experience using Django
- Frontend development using React.js
- Working knowledge of MySQL (queries, joins, schema design) & database Design
- REST API development and integration
- Familiarity with Git / version control systems
- Ability to debug, test, and optimize applications
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude or Cursor
- Basic understanding of AI/ML or LLM-based workflows
- Exposure to Docker or cloud platforms
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Worked on Modern SAAS CRM or other products

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain backend services using Python & Django
- Build responsive and reusable UI components using React
- Design, optimize, and maintain MySQL databases
- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs
- Write clean, secure,



and well-documented code
- Collaborate with senior developers, QA, and product teams
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve development productivity

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 1–2 years of hands-on relevant experience in full stack or backend/frontend development
- Experience working on live or production projects
- Immediate joiner or available within 15 days
