Key Responsibilities-
- Conduct daily field visits to assigned villages and meet progressive farmers.
- Implement product demonstrations, trial setup, and crop monitoring.
- Track and drive daily liquidation through distributors and retailers.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with farmers regarding product performance and feedback.
- Build robust relationships with Krishi Seva Kendras, dealers, and influencers.
- Conduct farmer meetings, field days, and awareness activities.
- Share daily reports on visits, sales progress, and market intelligence.
- Identify new business opportunities and support expansion in new areas.
