We are looking for a Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our furniture manufacturing unit. The role involves managing production schedules, coordinating teams, ensuring timely project completion, maintaining quality standards, and driving overall factory efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor daily production activities
- Coordinate with production, carpentry, polish, and upholstery teams
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Manage labour allocation and factory operations
- Coordinate material requirements with the office
- Supervise dispatch planning and inventory movement
- Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping in the factory
- Report production progress and resolve operational issues
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in factory or manufacturing operations (furniture/interiors preferred)
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
