We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth and key account management across the Western India region. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to the polymer industry along with excellent commercial and customer management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive market development and business expansion across Western India.
- Manage key accounts and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities, applications, and market segments.
- Work closely with customers to provide technical and commercial solutions.
- Coordinate with internal technical, production, and commercial teams for effective customer support.
- Regularly travel across the region for customer visits, business development, and market mapping.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in the polymer industry.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in:
- Compounding industry
- Petrochemical industry
- Packaging industry
- Educational qualification: Graduate in Polymer Technology, Chemical Technology, Polymer Engineering, or related field.
- Candidate should be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Western India.
· Proficiency in Marathi or Gujarati, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales, market development, and key account management.
- Good technical understanding of polymers and related applications.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and commercially focused mindset.
- Ability to independently handle customers and develop new business opportunities.
Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
