We are hiring a Senior Director to lead our Quality Engineering & Testing Services division and drive strategic growth, innovation, and delivery excellence across multiple domains. This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned professional with 20+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or related fields, including 10+ years in a senior leadership position (Director or above). As a key leader, you will shape and execute the strategic vision for our core service offerings, manage large and complex global teams (U.S., India, and other locations), and collaborate with C-suite executives, clients, and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and spearheading AI-driven innovation in the testing landscape. Experience in applying AI/ML technologies in software testing is highly desirable. Familiarity with domains such as BFSI, Retail, or Energy & Utilities is a strong advantage. Operational Excellence:

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of testing services to ensure high-quality, on-time outcomes.
- Establish and track KPIs to monitor performance, productivity, and client satisfaction.
- Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability across global teams.

Domain Expertise:





- Provide guidance on QE best practices with a focus on industry-specific needs.
- Continuously monitor trends in AI, automation, and testing to evolve service offerings.

Transformation & Innovation:

- Champion digital transformation by integrating emerging technologies and methodologies.
- Lead innovation initiatives across the testing lifecycle to drive continuous delivery and automation.

People Leadership & Development:
