Job Summary

Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relation Executive (GRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences by welcoming guests, managing reservations, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests with a warm, skilled, and courteous approach.
- Ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular and VIP guests.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints promptly while ensuring effective resolution.
- Coordinate with the restaurant, kitchen, and bar teams to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest database.
- Assist in planning and executing promotions, events, and special guest experiences.
- Ensure the reception area and guest-facing spaces are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.




- Follow company service standards and hospitality SOPs to deliver a premium dining experience.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience as a Guest Relation Executive, Hostess, Front Office Executive, or in a similar hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
- Well-groomed appearance with confident personality and excellent etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Multiple locations across Mumbai.
