Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counselling prospective students, promoting our distance education programs, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, social media, and other business development activities.

* Counsel prospective students regarding distance education courses and career opportunities.

* Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.

* Follow up with enquiries and convert them into admissions.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.

* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

* Maintain accurate records of leads,



follow-ups, and admissions.

* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission process.

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Academic Counselling, or Customer Relationship Management.

* Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Target-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
