Job Description

Islamia Public School, Leh invites applications for the position of Principal. The Principal will serve as the academic and administrative head of the school, providing visionary leadership to ensure excellence in teaching, learning, and overall school development. The role involves implementing CBSE standards, promoting a positive school culture, and fostering the holistic growth of students.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide strategic leadership for the overall growth and development of the school.

* Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.

* Lead curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with CBSE guidelines.

* Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.

* Promote professional development and capacity-building initiatives.

* Develop and implement school policies, procedures, and quality standards.





* Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations and statutory requirements.

* Manage school operations, budgets, infrastructure, and resources effectively.

* Build solid relationships with students, parents, staff, and the community.

* Monitor academic performance and implement data-driven improvement strategies.

* Foster student discipline, well-being, and holistic development.

Qualifications & Experience

* Graduate with B.Ed. (Postgraduate degree preferred).

* Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at TGT/PGT level.

* Minimum 5 years of school administration experience, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school.

* Strong knowledge of CBSE policies, educational leadership, and school administration.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
