Business Analyst

- Client Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze client-specific requirements and map them to the product features.
- Customization & Configuration: Work with product and technical teams to configure and customize the product to meet client needs.
- Implementation Planning: Develop and manage implementation timelines, ensuring alignment with client and internal stakeholders.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including use cases, requirement specifications, and process flows.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Training & Support:



Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for client teams. Provide ongoing support during the implementation phase.
- Testing & Validation: Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the product meets client expectations.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide support during the go-live phase and handle any issues or changes required post-implementation.

- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Vision, and PowerPoint.
