FlairMinds Software is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team.If you possess a strong background in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, and a passion for the IT Services and SaaS industry, we invite you to apply.Role Overview:The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying prospects, executing high-impact outreach campaigns, and qualifying leads to drive our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential B2B clients aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Generate and manage leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and other prospecting tools.
Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. Qualify leads and coordinate meetings for our sales team.
Maintain CRM integrity and track sales pipeline performance.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise outreach strategies and conversion rates.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or inside sales.
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) and data management (Excel/Google Sheets).
Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Prior experience in IT Services or SaaS is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:
Solid understanding of email automation and CRM reporting.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
