- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and technical strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Experience in customizing and extending SAP Master Data Governance functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Ability to integrate SAP MDG with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within SAP MDG environments.
