We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to generate business opportunities, qualify leads, follow up with customers, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with schools, colleges, corporates, government departments, channel partners, and system integrators.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the presales team.
- Maintain customer data and sales pipeline in CRM.
- Coordinate with regional sales managers to convert opportunities into orders.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.




- Build long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of Inside Sales or Tele Sales experience.
- Experience in AV/IT products, Interactive Flat Panels, Digital Podiums, Video Walls, LED Displays, Smart Classroom Solutions, or Government Sales is preferred.

Qualification

- Graduate (BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred).

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
