Job Title: Technical Lead (Application)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead (Application) to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, drive architectural decisions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions. This role requires strong expertise in modern application development, cloud technologies, microservices, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers and development teams.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Review code, conduct design reviews, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using modern technologies.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and reliability.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and frameworks.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design specifications.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions that align with business objectives.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in one or more backend technologies:
- .NET Core / ASP.NET Core (C#)
- Java (Spring Boot)
- Node.js
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks:
- React.js
- Angular
- Robust understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- RESTful APIs and API integration.
- Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
- Git and version control systems.
- CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, or Bicep) is a plus.
- OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, and application security best practices.
- Performance tuning and application monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of software development experience with at least 2–4 years in a Technical Lead role.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Certifications

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect
- AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect
- Kubernetes Certification (CKA/CKAD) – Preferred
- Scrum Master or Agile Certification – Preferred

Nice to Have

- Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI integrations.
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Exposure to observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Dynatrace, or Application Insights.
- Experience in application modernization and cloud migration projects.
