Job Title: Purchase Executive

Location:Chunabhatti (East), Mumbai

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (CTC)

## Job Responsibilities

- Source and evaluate vendors for raw materials, engineering spares, packaging materials, maintenance consumables, and general plant requirements.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, prepare purchase orders, and ensure timely procurement.
- Coordinate with the Production, Maintenance, QC, and Stores departments to meet procurement requirements.
- Procure industrial equipment and spare parts, including pumps, compressors, boilers, valves, AHUs, DM plants, and packaging machinery.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor database, inventory documentation, and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness,



and compliance with company procurement policies.

## Requirements

- Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or any relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in a chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of IndiaMART for vendor sourcing and procurement.
- Working knowledge of Tally is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance spares, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel with strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
