- A law degree from a well-recognized University, and enrollment with the Bar Council.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of PQE exclusively in domestic and international M&A; Transactions and Contracts
- Leadership experience in complex, high-stakes transactions
- Excellent drafting, legal analysis, verbal and written communication skills.
- The capability to handle work independently.
- Organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple assignments.
- Proven ability to work in a client-centric, deadline-driven setting.
- Ability to manage and get the best out of teams.
