We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage corporate
health check-up programs and wellness initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
coordinating healthcare operations, managing client relationships, ensuring service quality, and
driving seamless execution of preventive healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage corporate health camps across client locations.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of employee health check-up programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for client queries and operational support.
- Coordinate with diagnostic partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely
service delivery.
- Monitor case progress and ensure timely closure of health check-up cases.
- Conduct quality checks of medical reports and maintain compliance standards.
- Manage documentation and report-sharing processes with clients.
- Organize periodic client reviews to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to operational KPIs, service quality standards, and turnaround
times.
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
