Cropcare Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our Quality Control team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of laboratory testing, quality control procedures, and pesticide/agrochemical manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Perform physical and chemical analysis as per company specifications.
- Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and sample registers.
- Prepare standard solutions and laboratory reagents.
- Ensure calibration and proper maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), GMP, and safety guidelines.
- Support batch release documentation and quality assurance activities.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. / M.Sc.
in Chemistry or related field.
- Diploma in Chemical Technology will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in a pesticide, agrochemical, fertilizer, or chemical manufacturing company.
- Freshers with good laboratory knowledge may also apply.
