Job Summary

GAJ GROUP is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, GST, TDS, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle GST compliance, including return filing and reconciliations.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.
- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect taxation requirements.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and other accounting reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.




- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks as required.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Bookkeeping, Bank Reconciliation, GST, TDS, and Taxation.
- Positive analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
