Extensive experience in cricket coaching and player development
Strong knowledge of modern coaching techniques and training methods
Ability to mentor, motivate, and develop players of different age groups
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Relevant coaching certifications (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualified coaching sessions and skill development programs.
- Train players in batting, bowling, fielding, and fitness.
- Plan and implement practice schedules and match preparation.
- Monitor player performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Promote discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
