- Job Description:

Nature of Work:

- Knowledge of sheet metal/Heavy fabrication

- Knowledge of Drawing reading

- Ability to take proficient decision.

- Knowledge of KAIZEN, POKA YOKE by implementing such jigs, tools for reduction of Inspection time.

- Knowledge of ISO standard (i.e. ISO13920, ISO2768).

- Ability to handle Customers for Inspection activities and when require visit customer to understand quality issues.

- Knowledge of various measuring instruments and their usage.

- Basic Awareness of QMS

- Knowledge about the GD&T; dimensions

- Knowledge of 8D and CAPA.





Key Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of Drawing symbols, sheet metal defects and part inspection

- Prepare customer specific required documents like-product check sheet, dimension report.

- Defect identification and monitor rework.

- Conduct root cause analysis of sheet metal-related defects and implement corrective/preventive actions.

- Sheet metal bend/machined parts inspection

- Inspection report preparation FOA/MOA/LOA

- Knowledge about -control plan, Kaizen, PFMEA 7QC tool

- 2D & 3D Drawing review. Measuring instrument use and awareness Knowledge Cutting, Bending and machining process
