The Software Support & Implementation Executive is responsible for assisting clients in the installation, configuration, and implementation of software solutions, along with providing post-implementation support. The role ensures smooth deployment, user adoption, and ongoing technical assistance to maintain client satisfaction and system efficiency.
Who are we looking for?
Assist in software implementation, including installation, configuration, and testing at client sites or remotely.
Build solid client relationships by ensuring timely responses and proactive issue resolution.
Coordinate with development, testing, and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Ensure smooth transition from project implementation to ongoing support.
Proficiency in English, Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi
Provide technical support by responding to queries via calls, emails, or ticketing systems.
