Technical Sourcing

 Source specialized components for robotics and dispensing machines.

 Understand technical drawings and BOM (Bill of Materials) to ensure 100%

accuracy in parts ordered.

 Ensure 100% correctness in material specifications, quantities, and revisions

while placing orders.

 Coordinate with Design and Production teams to clarify technical requirements

when needed.

Vendor Development & Management

 Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors, especially within the Pune industrial

hub and selected global suppliers.

 Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to close cost-effective

deals.

 Evaluate vendor performance based on Quality, Lead Time, and Credit Terms.

Cost Optimization

 Perform Value Engineering by identifying alternative materials or components that

meet the same functional and performance requirements at lower cost.

 Drive continuous cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality or machine

reliability.





Inventory & Coordination

 Implement best procurement and purchasing practices to optimize inventory levels

and reduce warehouse carrying costs.

 Coordinate with the Production Planning team to prevent line-down or material

shortage situations.

 Manage the "Inward Quality" process—ensuring that what was ordered is exactly

what was delivered.

Pay: ₹10,853.33 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Purchasing: 1 year (Required)
