Service Engineer

Experience : 2+ years of similar experience

Functional Area : Technical Service

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma.

Work Location : Trichy, Kollam, Mumbai, Delhi, Jalandhar, Hubli, Hyderabad, Ranchi, Varanasi, Faizabad

Job Description :

- To ensure Preventive Maintenance of Instruments

- To attend breakdown calls

- To achieve AMC/CMC targets

- To maintain records of spares in respective territories. - However record should be maintained in the system - not with individual

- Timely despatch of spares to HO

- To refurbish instruments in the territory assigned

- To ensure timely follow up for Payment

- To support customer for application support

- To install instruments & impart training to customers

- To promote contracts, QC and consumables and achieve individual target.
