CRM Executive - Real Estate (3–4 Years Experience)

Location: Kanakapura Road, Near Silk Institute Metro Station, Bengaluru

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in the real estate industry to manage the complete post-sales customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer handling skills, strong documentation knowledge, and experience in coordinating with banks, legal teams, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end CRM operations from booking to registration and handover.
- Verify booking forms and customer documentation.
- Coordinate Agreement to Sale (ATS), demand notes, receipts, allotment letters, and Statements of Account.
- Follow up with customers for collections and milestone payments.
- Coordinate with banks for home loan documentation and disbursements.
- Address customer queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Projects teams.




- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the buying journey.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of CRM experience in a real estate developer organization.
- Good knowledge of real estate post-sales processes.
- Strong communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software (Sell.Do, LeadSquared, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
