Responsibilities

- Plan to marketing and branding objectives
- To sell Commerical Vehical in Saurashtra and Kutch Region
- To Recruit and development of team from Top to Bottom i.e. Sales Manager to Relationship Officer
- Train team to sell the Product(Commerical Vehical), to negotiate and to create solid rapo with customers.
- Understand and be able to implement effective strateggy to attract consumer
- Delivery of Markeitng materials to employess, dealers,dsa as well as customers also
- Engage in branding and marketing activities
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- To manage sales team performance and target
- Manage dealer network sales activities, performance and maintained good relationship with dealers,



distributor and customers
- To organize market survey and report to superior or management
- Undertake required administration responsibility assigned by seniors
- Organize related educational and networking events required by Management team
