Key Responsibilities

- Platforms Ownership: Manage day-to-day operations on assigned marketplace(s), including catalogue listings, content quality, pricing, and promotions.
- Performance Management: Own sales targets, visibility metrics, and growth KPIs for the Platforms(s) under management.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute Platforms-specific marketing campaigns, deals, and ad spends in coordination with the marketing team.
- Catalogue & Content: Ensure accurate, SEO-optimised, and compliant product listings; troubleshoot listing, ranking, or content issues.
- Inventory & Fulfilment Coordination: Monitor stock availability, order fulfilment SLAs, and returns; coordinate with logistics and operations teams to resolve bottlenecks.
- Marketplace Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with marketplace category managers and account teams to negotiate visibility slots, resolve escalations, and stay ahead of policy changes.
- Market Intelligence: Track Platforms algorithm changes, competitor strategies, and category trends to continuously refine growth strategy.
- Reporting & Analytics:



Generate regular performance reports and dashboards covering sales, ad ROI, ratings/reviews, and operational health.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-6 years of experience in marketplace/e-commerce operations, category management, or Platforms management.
- Hands-on experience with seller/vendor panels of major marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, quick-commerce Platforms, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with marketplace analytics and ad Platforms.
- Understanding of catalogue management, SEO/keyword optimisation, and digital advertising (PPC/sponsored ads).
- Excellent coordination skills to work across marketing, logistics, catalogue, and brand teams.
- A data-driven, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple Platforms/priorities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
