- Operate and monitor chiller plants, AHUs, chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps, cooling towers, and related HVAC equipment.
- Perform daily inspections of chillers, AHUs, pumps, valves, cooling towers, and pipelines.
- Record operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, voltage, current, water flow, and energy consumption in logbooks.
- Start and stop HVAC equipment according to operational schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor chilled water supply and return temperatures to maintain the required cooling performance.
- Inspect and clean AHU filters, drain trays, cooling coils, and condensate drain lines.
- Check refrigerant levels, compressor performance, and oil levels as required.
- Monitor cooling tower operation, including water level, fan operation, and water treatment.
- Identify abnormal noise, vibration, leakage, overheating, or equipment faults and report them immediately.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
- Coordinate with maintenance engineers during equipment breakdowns and major repairs.
- Ensure proper housekeeping of the chiller plant room, AHU rooms, and equipment areas.
- Maintain daily operation and maintenance records, checklists, and shift handover reports.




- Ensure optimum energy efficiency by operating equipment under recommended load conditions.
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), use of PPE, and emergency response procedures.
- Monitor water quality parameters and coordinate with the water treatment team when required.
- Respond promptly to HVAC complaints from building occupants and take corrective action.
- Assist during HVAC shutdowns, commissioning, and seasonal maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Perform any other HVAC-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Skills Required

- Knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration principles.
- Ability to operate centrifugal, screw, or scroll chillers.
- Knowledge of AHU operation and maintenance.
- Ability to read HVAC drawings and P&ID; diagrams.
- Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with BMS (Building Management System).
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices and PPE requirements.

Pay: ₹9,605.27 - ₹18,000.00 per month
