Job Description – IT Head (Hospital)

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the hospital's IT infrastructure, applications, and support services.
- Ensure smooth functioning of HIS, EMR/EHR, LIS, RIS/PACS, ERP, and other hospital systems.
- Oversee network, servers, cybersecurity, data backup, disaster recovery, and IT compliance.
- Manage IT projects, system upgrades, vendor relationships, and annual IT budgets.
- Provide technical support to clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Ensure data security, user access control, and compliance with healthcare IT standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a hospital.
- Solid knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (HIS), networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
