Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Store Manager to manage overall store operations, inventory control, material handling, and stock management. The candidate should have strong experience in maintaining inventory accuracy, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store and inventory operations
- Maintain proper stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking
- Monitor inward and outward material movement
- Ensure proper documentation of goods received and issued
- Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices
- Maintain inventory records in ERP/Tally/Excel systems
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and audits
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and departmental teams
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials
- Monitor expiry items and damaged stock




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
- Handle vendor coordination regarding material supply
- Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures
- Supervise and guide store staff for smooth functioning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of inventory and store management
- Experience in ERP/Tally/MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Leadership and team handling ability
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and record maintenance

Preferred Industry

- Hospital / Healthcare Industry preferred
- Pharma, Retail, Manufacturing, or Warehouse experience can also apply

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
