We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer to join our automation team. The candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, system integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and supporting industrial automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
- Program and configure PLCs such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, or other relevant platforms.
- Develop and configure HMI and SCADA applications.
- Conduct PLC panel testing, system testing, commissioning, and site installation.
- Integrate PLC systems with VFDs, servo drives, sensors, instruments, and other field devices.
- Troubleshoot electrical, control, and automation-related issues.
- Read and understand electrical control drawings, wiring diagrams, and automation system architecture.
- Perform FAT and SAT activities at customer and project sites.
- Prepare technical documentation, PLC backups, I/O lists, and commissioning reports.
- Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and project teams.
- Provide technical support to customers during commissioning and after project completion.
- Travel to customer sites for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting as required.

Required Skills





- Valuable knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Experience with PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Profibus, etc.
- Understanding of VFDs, motor control, sensors, and industrial instrumentation.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and control panel drawings.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of automation system commissioning and site support.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.

Experience

- Freshers with relevant PLC/Automation knowledge may be considered.
- Experience in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA, commissioning, or industrial automation will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements

- Willingness to travel to customer/project sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong willingness to learn new automation technologies and platforms.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
