Summary:
As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves supporting the development and refinement of the data platform architecture, ensuring that all components align with the overall blueprint. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to maintain seamless integration across various systems and data models. The position demands a proactive approach to understanding the evolving data landscape and contributing to the design efforts that enable efficient data flow and accessibility within the organization. Application Support focuses on the day-to-day triage and resolution of data integration, data quality, and ETL workflow issues for business users

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data platform components meet business requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data integration and quality issues.




- Support documentation and knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities.
- Continuously monitor and optimize data platform performance and reliability.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).
- Experience with data profiling and data cleansing techniques to ensure high data quality.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data integration and management solutions.
- Ability to work with data modeling concepts and understand data architecture principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address data platform challenges effectively.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards relevant to data quality.
- Cloud Data Integration (CDI): Expertise in monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting Informatica CDI mappings, mapping tasks, taskflows, and session logs.
- Data Quality (CDQ): Familiarity with Cloud Data Quality exception handling, scorecarding, and profiling tasks.
- Cloud Application Integration (CAI): Familiarity with API management, REST/SOAP endpoints, and real-time integration processes.
- Informatica Data Management Cloud, MDM, CDQ, CDI.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Master Data Management (MDM): Basic knowledge of MDM SaaS processes, such as matching and merging, survivorship rules, and publishing golden records.
- Scripting: Knowledge of scripting languages (like Python or Shell) for automating log pulls or simple fixes.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
