**Location:** Taljai Vasahat, Pune

**Salary:** ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month

We are looking for a committed and experienced **Project Coordinator** to manage and support youth-focused community development project activities.

**Qualification:**

MSW / MA (Social Work / Related Field)

Experience in Youth Development Projects preferred

**Key Responsibilities:**

✅ Mobilization of youth, children, and community members for project activities

✅ Manage day-to-day implementation of project activities

✅ Supervise field activities and **coordinate with field staff for effective project execution**

✅ Prepare activity plans and ensure timely execution

✅ Coordinate with parents, schools, community leaders,



and local stakeholders

✅ Monitor participation and engagement of beneficiaries

✅ Ensure child protection, safety, and ethical standards

✅ Maintain records, collect data, and prepare project reports

✅ Support team development and provide regular guidance

**Required Skills:**

✔ Good communication & community mobilization skills

✔ Field project management experience

✔ Experience working with youth/community programs

✔ Documentation and reporting skills
