· Promoting Web store purchase to the walk-in customer for hassle free purchase

· Ensure strategic goals and sales targets of the store are met by maximizing sales and gross profit, reviewing sales performance, controlling expenses, and managing inventory.

· Monitor activities of CRM, Sales executives (JC & AJC) and assisting with the counter manager and stores manager course correction if any process deviation.

· Provide staff with feedback, coaching and performance whenever required.

· Manage the store in overseeing daily counter operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management.

· Ensure the store complies with outlined safety policies and procedures.

· Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or concerns,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience

· Understanding the sales force team skills to educate and develop sales associates on product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques to enhance their performance.

· Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and drive sales.

· Ensuring and coordinating with CRM Executive for pleasant customer service and handling customer grievance at shop floor.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
