Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead student acquisition and admission campaigns for the institution. This role involves designing and executing marketing strategies to attract prospective students, nurturing leads, and ensuring successful conversion into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

* Student Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement marketing plans to generate leads and increase student enrollment.

* Lead Generation: Drive campaigns through digital platforms, offline events, and partnerships with schools, colleges, and coaching centers.

* Admissions Funnel Management: Track inquiries, follow up with prospects, and ensure smooth conversion from interest to admission.

* Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and online ads to maximize reach.

* Brand Promotion: Enhance institutional visibility through events, webinars, and content marketing.

* Market Research: Analyze competitor strategies, student preferences, and regional trends to refine campaigns.

* Collaboration with Academic Teams:



Align marketing efforts with program offerings and admission goals.

* Reporting & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and present insights to management.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in student recruitment or education marketing.

* Robust knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet admission targets.

* Number of leads generated per campaign.

* Conversion rate from inquiry to admission.
