- Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a customer-focused and result-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer interactions through both voice and non-voice channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving queries, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

- Key Responsibilities

Be the dedicated relationship partner for VIP Shaadi members post sale.

Understand member preferences and help identify their ideal match.

Call and connect with high quality prospects on behalf of the member.

Handle customer calls, emails, and chat queries.

Assist customers with profile management, membership plans, account-related issues, and service requests.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups.

Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.





Achieve individual productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.

Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Handles call, chats & emails with one mission making every customer heard, valued & special.

- Preferred candidate profile

HSC/ Graduate with minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in CRM/Customer Service/Blended Process/Email Writing.

Good communication skills.

Passion for people relationships and making customer's smile.

Confident and Self motivated.

Ability to multitask across calls, emails, and chats.
