Job Title : Performance Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns. If you're analytical, data-driven, and passionate about generating measurable results across multiple digital platforms, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to maximize ROI, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and web development teams to improve campaign performance and landing page conversions.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Ensure proper campaign tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
- Familiarity with Looker Studio or other reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,853.39 - ₹33,803.96 per month
