Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: Based on Performance

Role: Salesforce Intern

As a Salesforce Intern, you'll be part of our Salesforce Learning Track, where you'll not only enhance your Salesforce expertise but also mentor and guide learners throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in delivering Salesforce training sessions under senior trainers

Support learners with hands-on labs, projects, and doubt-solving sessions

Conduct or co-conduct virtual and classroom training sessions
Track learner progress, assignments, and attendance through the LMS
Create and update training content, exercises, and mock projects
Take ownership of training modules as you grow
Monitor learner performance and provide feedback
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features

Required Skills

Salesforce Administration (Users, Profiles, Permission Sets, Flows, Reports & Dashboards)
Basic Salesforce Development (Apex fundamentals, LWC basics)
Basic understanding of Salesforce Integrations
Familiarity with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
Exposure to Salesforce projects is an added advantage




MS Office / Google Workspace proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, etc.) are a plus
Prior teaching, mentoring, or peer-learning experience is an advantage

Soft Skills

Excellent communication skills
Confident presentation and public speaking ability
Passion for teaching and mentoring
Quick learner with a cooperative mindset

Eligibility

Graduate or Final-Year Student in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent Salesforce learning experience)

Language Requirement

English & Hindi (Mandatory)
