Job Description

- Familiarity with observability concepts such as metrics, telemetry pipelines, schema-driven development
- Build, maintain, and improve test infrastructure used, including automated test workflows
- Develop automation and tooling to improve test execution, coverage, stability, and debuggability
- Generate and maintain performance reports for observability test runs and benchmarks
- Build and enhance Grafana dashboards for metrics visualization, test health, and performance trend analysis




- Integrate and optimize test workflows in Jenkins and CI pipelines
- Investigate test failures, infrastructure issues, regressions, and flaky behavior; identify root causes and drive issues to resolution
- Partner with developers and test engineers to improve tooling, reporting, and automation across the test lifecycle
- Analyze failure patterns and performance trends to proactively identify reliability gaps and improvement opportunities
- Contribute to internal frameworks, scripts, and tools using Python and other programming languages as needed
- Help establish best practices for test observability, reporting, and infrastructure reliability
