SEO Specialist

Job Summary

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for improving the company's online visibility by implementing effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in on-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and the latest search engine algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve organic search rankings.
- Perform website audits and implement technical SEO improvements.
- Build high-quality backlinks and execute link-building strategies.
- Optimize website content for search engines and user experience.
- Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility on AI-powered search platforms.
- Optimize content for Featured Snippets, People Also Ask (PAA), and Voice Search.
- Implement structured data (Schema Markup) to improve search visibility.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Track keyword rankings, website traffic, and prepare SEO performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO trends,



and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to improve website performance and organic growth.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong SEO knowledge or candidates with 1–2 years of SEO experience can apply.
- Good understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Knowledge of keyword research tools and SEO auditing tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), Schema Markup, Featured Snippets, and Voice Search Optimization.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple SEO projects.
