Job Responsibilities:

Plan and execute lead generation initiatives to acquire prospective clients and convert them into customers.

Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients.

Conduct site visits and property presentations.

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong client relationships.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.

Maintain customer database and sales reports.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
