Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to identify potential clients, generate leads, and support the company's sales growth. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and outreach.
- Generate and follow up on leads via calls, emails, and social media.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales while meeting revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop business strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.




- Prepare regular sales and business development reports.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer acquisition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with good problem-solving and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
