About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative with a strong sales background. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, conducting sales calls, and closing deals for our e-commerce management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Connect with business owners, manufacturers, exporters, and brands.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable e-commerce solutions.
- Present company services through calls, virtual meetings, and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into clients.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding.
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
